Travels to the Edge

All things must pass. My time with friends in Cairns will be a treasured memory for years to come.  The Botanical Gardens are a treat. Exotic plants, cool shady paths, orchids  The final evening of  music at the casino,  Drinks at sunset Next morning markets Farewell beautiful Cairns - and wonderful friends!

Time to visit the Great Barrier Reef. Rob and I took a day trip charter with around 30 other travellers. The crew looked after us - wetsuits, masks, snorkels and flippers And off the boat- and below the surface… Defying gravity …   After some fish feeding,  time to relax and head back to Cairns.  Paula prepared a delicious meal. And we bid ‘bon voyage’ to the cruise ship.
